Frustrated by the lack of healthy jams and preserves that didn’t contain enormous amounts of added sugar and additives, mum and founder of Fruit Tree, Rebecca, decided to take matters into her own hands. Experimenting in her kitchen first, she created products that not only taste great but retain most of the natural flavour and nutrients of whole fruit. Making jam the traditional way by boiling it at high temperatures means many essential nutrients are lost, Rebecca devised a new and innovative way of cooking the jam under pressure to retain the integrity of the fruit. All of their ingredients are organic and GMO free.
