Organic Vanilla Cupcakes

Healthy, simple and scrumptious cupcake recipe to keep children busy and happy.Made with 100% organic ingredients that will delight your entire family.




150g of Organic unsalted butter (Softened)

150g Organic Billington’s sugar

150g Organic Marriage’s self-rising flour

3 Large Organic Eggs

2 table spoons of almond milk (only add if the dough is too thick)
1 tsp vanilla extract

If you care large bio-degradable baking cups

Organic sprinkles

Organic chocolate buttons

Prep: 10 min

Cook: 14 min

  1. Preheat the oven at 170 degrees while you prepare the cupcake mix.
  2. Add the butter and the sugar into a bowl and mix until is fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs and the vanilla extract to the dough and mix again until you have a yellow batter.
  4. Add the flour and mix until the dough is smooth. If you think the dough is too thick, add the table spoons of almond milk to make it lighter.
  5. Pour the mix into the bio-degradable baking cups (approximately half full).
  6. Bake them for about 14 minutes until they are golden. You can check if they are done by introducing a knife to the cupcake, if it comes out dry, the cupcake is done, if not, bake it longer until the knife comes out dry.
  7. Leave on a cooling rack for 30 minutes or until cool.
  8. Decorate as you wish using organic sprinkles and organic chocolate buttons to add a touch of colour.
